Interns are expected to have strong time management skills, be able to work under stress and pressure, learn quickly and on-the-go, and be able to communicate professionally and effectively. Interns at Venia are also expected to have highly flexible schedules, an ability to work creatively and independently, and be able to lift anywhere from fifty to eighty pounds without assistance.
